Both Size 8 B72 and B84 for woodwind reed storage help prevent warping, chipping, cracking, and splitting. Which relative humidity (RH) you use depends on your playing activity.

For less active use/long-term storage: Use Boveda B72.
For same-day/active use: Use Boveda B84.

DO NOT mix different Boveda RH levels within the same reed case. DO NOT use Boveda with other humidification products in a reed case because they�ll counteract each other, and reduce the efficiency of the Boveda.
